Make up works
Lottie got bashed in a Long Eaton car park and Manly was so annoyed as there was not even an apology tucked under the wipers. A trip to Mark Lightfoot resulted in a recommendation to use Autofix on Lower Granby Street, Ilkeston. Tel: 0115 930 3020.
Price quoted was £120.00 but I knew I would get a good job and it was worth it to keep Lottie looking pristine.
It turned out that Lottie has been painted with synthetic paint, so Autofix had to remove her wing, bash out the dents and then respray the whole lot. They had Lottie for 2½ days and did all this work for the estimate. She has to go back next week when the paint has hardened to have it machine polished.
Manly is so impressed that he is taking in the red tubular bumpers bought from 2CV City (no black available) for a professional black finish. This is really handy as I work around the corner from the paint shop.
So what was to be a little job was a real pig but Lottie now looks as good as ever. Now Manly must replace those headlamps.
